Debated about posting this, but I know I'm not the Debated about posting this, but I know I'm not the only one who is going through things like this. If you went through trauma and survived, but your body sometimes seems like it's falling apart ... This post is for you. We're warriors. We've survived 100% of our worst days. All of these pics were from last week when I started having complications from my Crohn's. Of course, my crohn's isn't typical. Mine manifests with horrible esophagus and stomach spasms, enteropathic arthritis so bad it wakes me up crying in the middle of the night and makes it hard for me to walk some days. My GI tract stopped working and was scared I'd have another blockage. (That time of my life still gives me nightmares). Still waiting for biopsy results, but I know they'll be good. And I know I'll heal from this, but sometimes it just pisses me off. You go through lots of horrible things, and wonder why it isn't that enough that you survived? But you get illnesses on top of it? The truth is, your body remembers. Your nervous system remembers. You have to heal mentally, spiritually, and physically. It's not easy. This time though, I'm beyond grateful. I was crying when I left the Drs on Friday. No cancer, no blockage, no horrible damage done to my intestines. I let my crohn's do whatever it wanted for 12 years!! I can't believe I neglected myself like that. Never again. I invite you to join me in turning any resentment into gratefulness. Maybe you already have but if you're like me, there are those times where you're like WTF! WHY ME? 😭 Last week could've turned out way different. And so I think... I must be doing something right. And you're still here... So it means you are doing something right too. 💕 Your body is working hard for you everyday. And even though it may not be perfect. It's truly perfect for you. Your body went through allot, but it's still your best friend. Remember ... You're a warrior! You got this! . . . #autoimmune #crohns #psychicmedium

Either way, I know this is a reading for whomever sees this, and I hate to be like, it's going to work out for everyone because well, what are the odds?
