Are one of these stopping you from opening up to y Are one of these stopping you from opening up to your spiritual gifts? 1. YOU have "GIFTS" but they're more like skills because everyone has them. Some may need more training to develop than others. It's just like singing, drawing, etc. 👉When you think of it as a skill, you take the pressure off yourself. 2. Do you suffer from chronic self doubt to where it's hard for you to believe you have gifts, or hard for you to TRUST in a higher power? 👉The more you trust yourself in ALL areas of your life, the more you'll trust in your spiritual journey. 3. Have you had experiences in the past or currently that you keep doubting? 👉The more you trust in signs (& in yourself) the more you'll get. Cause your spiritual team will be like YES! SHE GETS IT! 4. Connecting may not be what you think. Your spirit guides, passed loved ones and angels speak to us through our thoughts and impressions mostly. 👉Focus on subtle impressions you get throughout your day, and try to connect the dots. Ex: When you decrease your thoughts, you keep hearing your grandma's favorite song. Connect the dots by realizing its prolly her putting that song into your mind! 5. Your life and spiritual life aren't meant to be separate. Just because you didn't meditate today or do a ritual doesn't mean you can't develop your gifts. 👉You have the time! Practice using your intuition throughout your day to find good parking spots, shorter lines at the store, etc. The more you use it, the stronger it'll get. 6. Make sure you're not thinking too much. It's a killer for spiritual development because the muscle that's used for spiritual connection is like your imagination muscle. 👉 Practice mindfulness to help you decrease thoughts and try to use your imagination everyday. Do you love signs from heaven? My mom knew about Do you love signs from heaven? My mom knew about many of these signs because I told her. Like the hospital wing with her and her father's name on it. She loved knowing there were signs he ex with her. There's so many signs around this time. Like a black butterfly landing on me outside of my mom's house. I love that I can look back on this tough times and see so many signs from heaven.
